I was born into a middle-class Hungarian-Estonian family in Montreal, Canada. Growing up immersed in French Canadian culture, I was speaking four languages by the age of four. This early exposure to diversity sparked a lifelong love for languages, and today I’m fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese, with a lingering connection to Hungarian.

Surrounded by cultural variety, I often wrestled with my sense of identity but was taught early on to embrace and celebrate diversity. In many ways, my upbringing was idyllic, offering boundless opportunities for learning, exploration, and creative expression. Always eager to try new things, I developed a fascination with understanding the human psyche—particularly its darker, more mysterious, and taboo aspects. Growing up in a city as vibrant and sensual as Montreal, sexuality naturally played a central role in my life.

I graduated with honors from Carleton University with a degree in Criminology and Psychology. A year-long internship in a psychiatric hospital and jail had me working with sex offenders and mentally ill offenders—an intense and deeply eye-opening experience that made me realize this path wasn’t for me. Instead, I felt drawn to explore life from the opposite perspective. Seeking firsthand experience with the criminal element, I worked as a bartender in biker bars, immersing myself in the fringes of society.

These years were wild and often dangerous and I saw and experienced many things from the underbelly of society. I hung out with the “wrong” crowd, lived a decadent lifestyle and travelled a lot which brought me many profound but tumultuous experiences. I became entangled in the illusions of the material world, exploring its darker undercurrents while gaining invaluable insights into the human condition. Yet, this exploration came at a cost: I faced significant trauma, particularly of a sexual nature, which led to substance abuse and eventually spiraled into PTSD and depression.

After years of living recklessly and hitting rock bottom, my life took an unexpected turn. I left an abusive relationship and traveled to Spain, where I had a nervous breakdown and was forced to rebuild my life. Seeking direction, I enrolled in a permaculture course and stumbled upon a raw vegan community that was far outside my comfort zone. Miraculously, within just two weeks of eliminating substances, embracing a strict raw food diet, and reconnecting with nature, I experienced a complete recovery from depression. This transformation inspired me to delve deeper into health, nutrition, and medicinal plants. I spent a period living under a tree, eating fruit, bathing in a river, having returned to the Garden of Eden. After years of indulgence, I embraced simplicity, giving up worldly pleasures and reconnecting with the essence of nature.

During this transformative time, I met the man who would become the father of my children and began a new chapter. I lived in two different altenative communites, practiced extensive cleanising and fasting and earned a degree in naturopathy, founded Spain’s first superfoods company, worked as a raw chef and chocolatier, and facilitated detox retreats. In 2005, I discovered Ayahuasca, a sacred plant medicine that completely reshaped my life. I immersed myself in its ancient wisdom and was soon invited to hold my own ceremonies.

My partner and I bought land and established an off-grid medicine community which eventually became a retreat center. For the past 20 years, people from all over the world have come to this sanctuary to participate in the healing work I facilitate.

I am the proud mother of four incredible children, whom I’ve raised as naturally and consciously as possible within the complexities of the modern world. True to my nature, which enjoys exploring the extremes, I fully embraced motherhood with unassisted birthing, lotus births, attachment parenting, natural medicine, conscious nutrition and many years of unschooling.

After 20 years together, the separation from the father of my children marked another profound turning point, propelling me into the world of Tantra, embodiment, and somatic work. This journey reignited my passion for sexuality, which had been set aside during the intense years of parenting and managing a spiritual community. Through my work with plant medicine, I observed how many people struggled to integrate their healing into everyday life.

I also saw how much of the trauma—especially for women—was rooted in sexual experiences. This realization illuminated the importance of bridging plant medicine with somatic practices and sexuality to foster deeper healing and wholeness.

My own journey of sexual healing taught me that true transformation is possible through pleasure, rather than endlessly revisiting trauma. This understanding has become a cornerstone of my work. While my plant medicine ceremonies take participants to profound depths, they remain grounded in a celebration of life. Through Tantra and Sexological Bodywork, I guide others to dive deeply into the power of pleasure as a path to healing and self-discovery. Today, my mission is to weave together spirituality, sexuality, and wellness to support others on their journeys of growth and integration.

I believe in embracing diversity in all its forms—cultural, spiritual, and personal—and my eclectic life journey has allowed me to connect with people from all walks of life. At ease in both the shadows and the light, I understand that both are essential parts of the human experience. My goal is to help people fully embrace themselves—body, mind, and spirit—while living an embodied life that cherishes this extraordinary passage we have on earth. I encourage others to celebrate life and pleasure, step into their creative potential, and move from merely surviving to thriving.

By reclaiming their pleasure, they can awaken to their highest potential and live a life that is deeply connected, empowered, and alive with possibility.
